Meet My First Born, Jack Taylor

Jack Ryan Taylor
This is just a quick blog to say thank you to all our well wishers. I’ve been overwhelmed by all the “congratulations” I’ve received.
It was my birthday on the 22nd, and we thought that Jack would arrive then, but instead he decided he wanted his own birthday and hung on for another hour to make sure of it. :-)
He’s perfect and such a content baby, and he’s tiny! We thought he would be small but 6lb 6oz is smaller than we expected, not that my wife is complaining mind.
I have uploaded some pictures of him to Flickr for you guys to have a look at:

Allow me to draw your attention to this picture in particular which I just think is hilarious:

James holding Jack
James is the “larger” baby and he’s only 16 weeks old! He looks like he should be starting school already compared to Jack.
Anyway, what more can I say but thanks again to everyone who has wished use well and joined us in welcoming my boy into the world. I love being a Dad!

Me, my wife Michelle and baby Jack

Hey man... total stranger here who just read the news on boagworld, but congratulations. The world needs more husbands and fathers.
P.S. My birthday's 22 November as well, and my grandfather's name was Jack Taylor, so I think you may owe me royalties or something.

Firstborns are truly precious! It makes me wonder if everything would seem as perfect, amazing and magical when my second child is born ... :)
